The B&W Companion Flatbed Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # BWRVK3050 has a fixed height of 10-1/2 inches from the bed to the top of the hitch head. If instead you were asking about the height of the B and W Slider Patriot part # BWRVK3270 the height range of that hitch is 17-19 inches.
