Helpful Expert Reply:

You can use any transmission cooler that will fit in the available space that you have in the engine compartment of your truck. They are not vehicle or transmission specific like the pan cooler that you have. The most popular transmission cooler we offer is # D13503. It measures 11 inches wide and 8-3/4 inches tall with a depth of 7/8 inches.

The optimum transmission fluid temperature is 160 to 200 degrees. Transmission fluid cannot be over cooled so adding an additional cooler will not hurt the transmission, it will actually help extend its life. I have included a link to our transmission cooler FAQ article for you.
