Does The 2019 Ram 1500 Need To be Flashed To Install a Redarc Tow Pro Liberty Brake Controller?

After the brake controller install on my 2019 ram, will it need to be taken to the dealer for anything to be programmed?

You will not need to have the computer on your 2019 Ram 1500 flashed when you install the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller # RED24FR with the Redarc Plug-and-Play Wiring Harness # 331-TPH-020. The factory computer only needs to be flashed if you are adding or removing a Ram integrated brake controller on your truck.
