Installing # 118267 Replacement 7-way Trailer Connector on 2006 Pathfinder to Upgrade 4-Pole
Question:
2006 Nissan Pathfinder. neither one of the connectors looks like it goes to the 4 pin OEM wiring connector. I assumed from your youtube video that one would go to the 4 pin and one to the secondary connector to run the brakes and the 12 volt line.

I think I understand your confusion. The Tow Ready Replacement OEM harness, part # 118267 is intended to plug into the connectors located on the drivers side frame rail, not into the 4-pole itself. I have provided a photo showing the connectors.
Trace the wiring harness that feeds your existing 4-pole under the bumper up to the frame rail. You would unplug and remove your existing 4-pole from the connector and plug the new 7-way into both the connectors on the frame rail.
