Why Are Higher Circuit Breakers Used for Superwinch LT4000 ATV Winch

Why does this winch need 2-50amp breakers?

I'm only seeing the one circuit breaker assembly between the winch solenoid and battery for the Superwinch LT4000 ATV Winch # SW1140220. Winches usually have higher amp ratings and breakers because they have a pretty significant power draw during operation. If that circuit breaker assembly has 2 of the 50A breakers then the high power draw is why they are rated that high.
