I have a 2021 F150 Powerboost Lariat. Pulling a Travel Trailer with a Blue Ox bar. Will the Roadmaster RAS kit help with load and sway along with Blue Ox?

The RAS is designed to help give you more control of your 2021 Ford F-150 so while it will help, I do recommend double checking the weight rating of your Blue Ox weight distribution system (WDS) as well since a properly rated WDS shouldn't need assistance.
The correct RAS depends on if you have a 2WD or a 4WD:
2WD - # RAS3611-B
4WD - # RAS3611-Y
When looking into purchasing a Weight Distribution (WD) system you want to find one with a Tongue Weight (TW) range that the Total Tongue Weight (TTW) of your towing setup falls in the middle of. To find the TTW of your towing setup you will need to add the TW of your fully loaded and ready-to-go trailer, which you can use part # e99044 for, along with the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of your tow vehicle. Keep in mind that a properly loaded trailer will have a TW that is 10-15% of the loaded weight of your trailer.
If your current system doesn't match up with your TTW just let me know what you have and I can make a recommendation.
