I do have Carr side steps that are compatible with your 2013 Ford F-250 Crew Cab, but the Carr Custom-Fit Side Steps, # CARR125001, that you referenced will only fit the F-250 up to 2012.

For your 2013 model, you will want the Carr Custom-Fit Side Steps, # CARR124871. These are essentially the same side steps as the steps you referenced, but they have different mounting brackets that have been confirmed to work with the 2013 models.
