Yes, the Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R16 Slider item # C16521 will work with the Curt X5 5th-Wheel Base Rail Adapter Plate for EZr Double Lock Gooseneck Trailer Hitch item # C16220. The Curt base fits inside the Curt EZr Double-Lock gooseneck hitches to provide a set of industry standard rails for you to attach a 5th wheel to. You just drop the adapter into the ball hole of the gooseneck hitch and lock it in place with the hitch handle.
