For your 2022 Ford F-350 Dually you are going to want the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle item # AL86KV. This kit has the higher capacity of 7,500 lbs. It is also specially designed to fit the dually model of your F-350. These air springs reduces the strain on your OEM suspension that is caused by extremely heavy loads. I have linked an installation video.
For an onboard air compressor I recommend the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Remote - Bluetooth - EZ Mount item # AL74000EZ. The WirelessAIR system allows you to control your air springs from your phone with Bluetooth. It also automatically maintains pre-set air pressure levels that allows you to adjust your air springs independently. This allows you to level your truck from front to back and side-to-side for leveling of off-center loads by inflating each spring with a different amount of air.
