The EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # EH35VR is designed to fit the 2020-2021 Toyota Highlander. For a hitch that fits your 2022 Toyota Sienna XLE I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e56RR.

Although it will be partially blocked, the hands free lift gate will still function. You will have to place your foot on either side of the receiver tube until you find the right spot to activate the sensor. This is the case for any hitch available for the 2022 Sienna.

The # e56RR is a custom fit Class III hitch with a 2" receiver. The hitch has a max gross trailer weight of 3,500 lbs and tongue weight of 350 lbs. It also features a matte black powder coat finish which does a better job hiding dirt and scratches when compared to a glossy finish.

If you plan on doing some towing, I also recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # TK69FR. This plugs directly into existing wiring to give you a 4-way connection to power your trailer's signal lights. When it comes to wiring, we have found Tekonsha to be the most reliable.

For a ball mount, check out the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900. This kit has two ball mounts, one with a 3/4" rise or 2" drop and the other with a 2-3/4" rise or 4" drop. It also comes with a 1-7/8" and 2" ball, as well as a ball mount bag to store everything in.
