Thank you so much for the picture and clarification! I went ahead and reached out to our boat cover manufacturers, and they confirmed that you need a bit of extra cover length/width for your center console on your fishing boat. They also said that it is important to note that, in the original 16-foot measurement, that measurement should be a straight line from the front point of the bow to the back point of the stern. There should not be any measurement that includes going "up and over" the console. With that being said, the absolute best option is the Taylor Made BoatGuard Center Console Boat Cover - 17' to 19' Long Boats # 36970211. This cover is bigger than the # CA20083, but you will be able to tighten the cover with extra space.
