Question:

The Better Bath Double Bowl Kitchen Sink part # LC808488 requires a cutout of 23.94" W x 16.44" so as long as you have this size or can modify the existing to this size then yes, you can use it to replace an undermount. The plumbing however will likely require a bit of reworking to move the drain connection to the new location. It's designed for a 3-1/2" drain like the LaSalle Bristol Threaded Sink Drain part # 34433JN1007.
