How Can I Carry A Fat Tire Bike On Rear Of My 5th Wheel

Can the Yakima on ramp rack be modified to hold a 5 “ fat tire bike as the second bike? And still be Rv rated for back of fifth wheel Rv?

I am sure we can something that will work for your 5th wheel, but it will not be the Yakima OnRamp Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount, part # Y36FR. I just spent some time with the OnRamp on Thursday. Unfortunately, you will not be able to modify the trays to make them fit a 5" fat tire bike. The only way for that bike to fit is for the tires to ride on the trays, not in them. It is something that I would not recommend.

You could use the Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount, part # HLY64FR. It is fat tire ready and rated for 5th wheels. Its only drawback is it does not have a ramp.
