Can The Thule T2 Cradles Be Mounted To A Thule SquareBar?

With replacement cradles for Thule T2, is the inside diameter soft enough to put it on my Thule square crossbar? Or with modification? Thanks!

The Replacement T2 Cradle Body for Thule Bike Carriers # 853-5829 is designed to be used with the Thule bike racks, and will not work with your Thule SquareBar Evo Crossbars # TH712500.
This is due to the inside opening of # 853-5829 being rounded and 1" in diameter, and the SquareBar # TH712500 being square and 1-1/4" in diameter.
If you're looking for a bike rack that can be mounted on your SquareBar, you can use the Thule UpRide Roof Bike Rack # TH599000, which is designed to be mounted to round, square, aero, elliptical, and most factory crossbars.
