Can I Carry A Rooftop Cargo Basket On A Leitner Designs Crossbar

Hi, Im considering the Yakima Skinny Warrior long and would like to mount it to my Leitner Designs ACS Crossbar. This bar is 2inch by 2, and I think too thick for the included mount. How do I do this? Thanks

I did some research on your Leitner Designs ACS Crossbar. It does have a t-channel, so most channel mounted accessories will work with these crossbars. Unfortunately, rooftop baskets like the Yakima Skinny Warrior, part # Y07014-16, clamp to crossbars. In fact, most rooftop baskets clamp on to crossbars. They do not use the t-channel.

You do have an option to go with a Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform. They come in two sizes.
