You will need to use a receiver like the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41990-07 to mount to the frame on your 2004 Thomas Freightliner FS65 Conversion. This receiver will fit frames up to 44" wide and has a 7" tall mounting bracket to bolt or weld onto your frame. This class V receiver is rated for a tongue weight of 1,600lbs and trailer weight of 16,000lbs.

We also have the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41990-16 that has a 16" tall mounting bracket if your frame is further away from the bottom of the body on your RV. This will fit the same 44" wide frame and has the same weight capacities.
