What Do I w/ The Brake Controller Wire When Using the Curt Echo?
Question:
I have a 06 Dodge sprinter that I will be installing a 7 pin connector on. All the instructions I see online have the blue wire going to the brake controller. If I want to use the Curt wireless brake controller, what do I do with the blue wire. Thanks

To use the Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller item # C51180 you won't need a brake control wire. If you have already purchased a wiring harness you can cap that wire off and make sure its sealed because you won't need to run it to the cab of your Sprinter.
If you still need a wiring harness I recommend the 7-Way RV Upgrade Kit for Trailer Brake Controller Installation - 12 Gauge Wires item # ETBC7L. This kit that pulls power from the 7-way trailer connector instead of wiring directly into your Dodge.
