From the sounds of your question, you tried changing the 29 A20 fuse for the trailer parking lights on your 2015 Ram 1500. If you are still not receiving a parking and running light signal to your trailer's lights, there is most likely a short on the wiring, fraying, corrosion in the plug connectors, or a bad ground on the tail/marker wire (typically a brown wire). I went ahead and attached a wiring diagram to show you how the tail/marker wire connects to your tail lights.
One way to help determine the issue is to use a circuit tester like the # PTW2992 to see if you are receiving power to the tail/marker wire. If you are not receiving any power reading on the brown wire, I recommend cleaning out the connector plugs and making sure the ground wires are connected to a clean and corrosion-free bare metal surface. Also, it may be helpful to test the tail light pin on your 1500 to make sure that the fuse is proving power to the trailer.
