Can the Curt RV Bumper 2" Hitch Be Installed if There is an Extra 1/16" Added to the 4" Bumper
Question:
My 5th wheel RV with a 4x4 bumper has a thin aluminum cover on the top and 1 side of the bumper adding about 1/16 inch to the width of the bumper. Will the Curt E 100 fit?

If you are only adding an additional 1/16" to the width of your bumper then you should not have a problem using the Curt RV Bumper 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver # E-100. We have had people put this on with a diamond plate on their bumper before and it worked. It was just a tight fit. I have included a review of someone doing just that.
