Are There Replacement Spring Bars Available For An Older Draw-Tite WDS?
Question:
Good afternoon, I’m looking to upgrade the spring bars for my hitch as I’ve gotten a heavier trailer and my current load bars are good to 750 lbs. Will the Curt C17074 fit my set up as I will be moving up to 1000 lbs tw Thanks

Since I do not know what weight distribution system you have, I cannot tell you what will/will not fit your system. The newer WDS are branded as Reese, so the odds of there being parts available for your older Draw-Tite system, is unlikely.
I recommend upgrading your system with a newer WDS, like the Reese Weight Distribution System w Shank # RP66542. This system has a tongue weight capacity of 600lbs-1,200-lbs, and a gross towing weight of 12,000-lbs.
