Replacement Lift Motor for Maxx Fan

Question:

When you close the vent with the remote after it closes completely it continues to keep trying to close. If the house batteries are off and you turn them on it send power to the vent and try to close again even if it already closed, this will last for a few second. what part on this unit controls the open and close position sensing for the unit

The Replacement Lift Motor for Maxx Fan, # MA10-20270 works with models 00-4501K, MA00-04500K, MA00-07000K, or MA00-07500K. If you have a different model fan, ,please let us know.
