Could Air Lift Air Bag Kit for 2004 Ford F-250 Transfer to 2016 Ford F-350

Question:

I have Airlift 5000 Ultimate Plus kit from a 2004 F250 that I meed to install on a 2016 F350 DRW. Can I just change out the brackets? If so, what are the part numbers? Thanks.

There was a big enough difference between the 2004 Ford F-250 and a 2016 F-350 that you'd have to replace the entire kit as the bags are different too. So for that we have the Firestone Ride Rite kit part # F2703 which would work great.
