Can Swagman Traveler XC2 Bike Rack with Hitch Mount Under Bumper
Question:
I have a 2015 Keystone Hideout Travel trailer and the rear bumper is slightly receded under the trailer. Can the hitch receiver be inverted to mounted the receiver under the bumper instead of the top? I believe this has been asked before, but would like to ensure. Thanks
