Using a 1-1/4 Inch Only Trailer Hitch Mount Bike Rack in a 2 Inch Trailer Hitch
Question:
I have what I believe to be an older-model Thule Bike Rack with what appears to be just a 1 1/4inch part that fits into the trailer hitch. It worked fine with my old vehicle years ago, but now Ive taken ownership of a 2012 VW Touareg, with what appears to be a 2inch trailer hitch. What adapter accessory do I need to purchase in order to make the Thule compatible with my VWs trailer?
