You can get more drop but will need a new shank for the Curt Trunnion Style Weight Distribution System # C24UR.
The same exact system does not come with a different shank, which is why you'll need to get the shank separately. For 8 inches of drop, the 2 inch shank you'll need is the Equalizer Weight-Distribution Shank - 2" Hitch - 12" Drop x 15" Rise - 600 to 1,400 lbs TW # EQ44FR.
This will give you the drop you need, and the only other thing required will be the hitch ball, the 2-5/16" Hitch Ball # 19286.
