Storage Options For A SnapRing TiresSavers Tire Cover

With the snap ring, can this cover be folded up for storage when not using?

The metal rings in the SnapRing TireSavers Tire Covers # ST7001WH can not be folded, but will lie completely flat for easy storage in your RV's cargo compartment when not in use.
The ring can be somewhat squeezed down if you were trying to store it inside of a box but I do not recommend really forcing it as this could damage the ring.
