The size of your battery bank will depend on your power consumption mostly. You will need to find out the Amp hours or Ah of your appliances. Then how long you will run them each day, you can use this information to gauge how big of a battery bank you will need.
If you are a middle of the road power consumer you will probably need 200-500 watts.
That said a 300W solar panel system if properly installed and in peak conditions can charge four 50 Ah 12 volt batteries connected in parallel in about 4-6 hours.
The Go Power Solar Elite Charging System - 380 Watt Solar Panels - 2,000 Watt Inverter Charger # 34282184 will do slightly better than that.
You could build a battery bank with the Bright Way Deep Cycle RV or Marine Battery - AGM - 12V - 100 Ah - Group 27 # BRW94FR. Four of these will get you 200 Amp hours.
If you want to go all out I suggest the Power Sonic RV Lithium Battery - LiFePO4 - Bluetooth - Group 4D - 12V - 200 Amp Hour # PS64FR. The lithium battery can go below 50 percent charge so you get more use out of it than a standard lead acid battery. This model can be in a bank of up to four batteries.
Keep in mind that many campers, no matter how much solar they have, do have to run the generator, if only occasionally during cloudy days.
