Assuming you already have the # RM-522 Roadmaster Falcon All-Terrain tow bar that you'd looked at, you'll also need a base plate kit, safety cables if you don't already have them, a wiring solution, a supplemental braking system and possibly a high/low adapter if the installed base plate has a greater than 3 inch height difference from the height of the receiver on the vehicle you'll be towing your Cherokee with.
For base plates, I'd recommend the Roadmaster # RM-521452-5 which fits non-Trailhawk models or # RM-521451-5 for Trailhawk models. For safety cables, use # RM-643. For a wiring harness, I'd recommend a diode kit like # RM-152-98146-7. You'll also need a charge line kit, part # RM-156-25 to keep the battery charged while towing.
The supplemental braking system I'd recommend will depend on how long you're keeping your vehicle. If you typically keep them for 3 or 4 years then trade them in, a portable braking system like the Brake Buddy Select 3, part # HM39524 could easily be moved from vehicle to vehicle. A portable system won't require an expensive and time consuming installation. If you expect to hang on to your vehicle longer than 4 years, a permanently installed system like Demco AirForce One or Stay In Play DUO is recommended. If your motorhome uses air brakes, use the # SM99243 AirForce One or the # SM99251 Stay in Play DUO for motorhomes with hydraulic brakes.
If the 20.25 inch base plate height (assumes vehicle is at stock ride height using base plates mentioned above), you'll need a high/low adapter if the receiver height on your motorhome is more than 3 inches higher or lower than that of the base plates. I'll link to our selection of adapters, as well as a link to an article that shows how to measure for the height difference.
I've also linked to install/demonstration videos which you might find helpful.
