Troubleshooting a Communication Error on the Lippert Ground Control Touch Pad

We are getting an error message saying that there is a communication issue. What do we do? Control Panel for raising and lowering the jacks

When your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 # LC358590 has a reading that says "Comm Error" it is referring to the communication between the controller and touch pad. You will need to check your harness to ensure it is connected properly and there is no damage; if it is damaged and cannot be repaired then the harness would need to be replaced.
