Does Demco Base Rail Kit For 2015 Ford F-250 Have Template & Are Rails Industry Standard
Question:
I have a 2015 Ford F-250 4x4 crew cab and the site recommends the 8552000-71 kit for my truck. My question is, does this kit come with a template so I can get my holes in the right spot and are these rails considered industry standard so I can use a gooseneck plate with it as well? is there additional hardware provided with the kit so that a center bolt can be added for additional strength when using a gooseneck plate? Thanks in advance for you help.

I'll go ahead and take each of your questions one by one regarding the Demco Hijacker Premier Series Above-Bed Base Rails and Custom Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Hitches # DM8552000-71.
The kit does not have a template, it will require you to take measurements; this is normal though as 5th wheel bracket kits and base rails do not come with templates.
The Demco # DM8552000-71 are indeed industry-standard, and I assume by gooseneck plate you are assuming to an adapter such as the Curt Spyder Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Fifth Wheel Rails # 16085.
Additional hardware is not provided for a gooseneck adapter; if by plate you are talking about a gooseneck hitch, that is something different entirely as these rails are for 5th wheel hitches. For a gooseneck hitch for your F-250 you'd want the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit # BWGNRK1111.
