Is Voyager WiSight 2.0 WVSXS43 Backwards Compatible With Voyager 1.0 Camera System
Question:
Reference Voyager WiSight 2.0 Wireless RV Backup Camera System w/ Night Vision - Rear Mount - 4.3inch Screen. Can I disconnect my existing Voyager 1.0 system and attach this system or do I need to take it in to be totally rewired?

The Voyager WiSight 2.0 you referred to, part WVSXS43 which we offer as part # ASA84YR isn't compatible with the first generation 1.0 system.
The good news is that installing the new system will be pretty simple. The new camera can use the same power source used by your existing camera and the monitor only needs to be plugged into a 12 V plug. You'd then pair the camera and the monitor, and you'll be good to go. The camera communicates wirelessly with the monitor, so they don't need to be wired together.
