In order to find if you can use SumoSprings like the SumoSprings Rebel Custom Helper Springs - 2 Piece - Rear Axle # SS96MR on your 2014 Ford F-250 you will need to measure. You will need to know the distance from the bottom of your frame to the axle. These springs are 6" tall, and ideally you only want 1/2" of space between them. Slightly more may work but you have to keep in mind that they will not engage until they make contact.
If you find that these will not work for you, you may want to consider something like the RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit - Heavy Duty # RAS3611-SLHD. This kit attaches to your leaf springs so the blocks will not impact the performance. This turns your leaf springs into a mechanically active suspension system, keeps your ride level, and reduces sway and body roll. The RAS automatically adjusts based on your vehicle's load and will disengage when unloaded.
