CTEK Control Board Will Not Light Up When Hooked To My Hydro Clean Machine Pump, What Is The Fix

My Ctek control board wont light up green, for my hydro clean machine pump goes but wont pump water. What is wrong with it?

I spoke to a representative from CTEK about your Universal Battery Charger. He said if your control board is not lighting up green for your pump, the battery to your pump has less than 2% charge. The CTEK MULTI US 7002 12-Volt Universal Battery Charger w/ Pulse Maintenance and Backup Power, part # CTEK56353, will not recognize your battery if it has little to no charge on your battery. His suggestion was to charge the battery to your pump enough for your charger to recognize the battery is in your system.
