Then my next question would be is there an adaptor that will allow you to use the Underbed Rail and Installation Kit for Demco Hijacker UMS 5th Wheel and Gooseneck Trailer Hitches mount, but use a different hitch?

I spoke with a representative from Resse Products. I was informed that Reese has not had an underbed mounting option for the Chevrolet Silverado 2019. You can use the Reese Quick-Install Custom Outboard Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches, part # RP84FR, but it is an above the rail option. This is a universal mounting kit that will be compatible with your Reese Elite 5th wheel hitch.

While the Underbed Rail and Installation Kit for Demco Hijacker UMS 5th Wheel and Gooseneck Trailer Hitches, part # DR37FR, is compatible with your 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 3500, this underbed rail kit is only compatible with Demco 5th wheel hitches. You will not be able to use the Reese Elite 5th wheel. It is only compatible with Reese Elite underbed mounting kits.
