We do have a couple of dollies that will work great for you.

The Demco Kar Kaddy SS Tow Dolly with Disc Brakes # DM9713045 will fit most vehicle's with a tire tread width of 42"-76", and has a maximum carrying capacity of 4.800-lbs.

You can use the Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes # RM-2050-1 which has adjustable sliding ramps that can adjust 34"-77" to accommodate most vehicles, and has a maximum carrying capacity of 4,250-lbs.

I recommend the Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes # RM-2050-1 out of the two because it does offer the widest range of adjustment, while still having plenty of carrying capacity.

As far as using a dolly rated for 3,000-lbs, it is not recommended since you will be overloading the dolly, and could potentially damage the dolly.
