Making Sure The Flexco Manual Pull Out Steps For RVs Are Properly Assembled
Question:
Hello Do you have this item on hand so the box can be opened and the assembly inspected? I ordered one from a different distributor and while installing found the lower right and left hand step brackets were assembled on the wrong sides. The stops that should be on the front lower outside brackets are on the inside. The bottom step doesnt make contact with anything and swings under when stepped upon. I would like to order one but want to make certain it was assembled properly. I read another review on this same step where someone had the same issue.

I went through all the reviews and purchase comments for the Flexco Manual Pull-Out Steps for RVs - Double - 8" Drop/Rise - 24" Wide - 300 lbs # SMFP-2100 to see if they have the issue you are worried about. I could not find a single issue where someone who bought this item from us had the issue you had.
I am confident there will be no issue with your new steps. I will go check in the warehouse too just to be thorough.
That said if there is any issue, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can get you the best solution to your issues.
