Furrion DVD And CD Player Trouble Shooting

I have rest unit I have limited radio stations but My cd and dvd dont work it seems to be trying to start but times out and stopd

To start off on your Furrion RV Stereo - Single DIN - HDMI, AUX/USB, Bluetooth, NFC, App Control - 60W - 2 Zone - 12V # DV3300SBL. Check all of your connections, specifically the video output. You need to check at both ends of the cables too. So the TV side and the stereo side.
Make sure the TV is on the correct source or input to receive signal from the player.
Check the fit and function of the video connectors and make sure nothing is loose, damaged or corroded.
If none of this works reset the system by pressing the reset button and hold it in for at least 10 seconds.
If that doesn't help do a hard reset. Remove all power sources from the stereo unit and let it sit for an hour. This will use up any residual electricity in the unit and force it to return to factory settings.
