For your tiny house build I recommend the Go Power Industrial Pure Sine Wave Inverter Charger # 34280055. This one device will take the place of 3 separate units. First it is a inverter capable of 2,000 constant watts of power and has a starting watt capacity of 4,000. Second it is a transfer switch that will run your 120 volt power from your generator or from your batteries when the generator is switched off. Lastly it has a charger capable of 100amps charging for your battery bank. The entire unit can be hidden out of sight and controlled on the controller panel up to 50 feet from the unit.
If you are planning on also incorporating solar to maintain the batteries and cut down on the generator usage the Go Power Solar Elite Charging System # 34282184 has the same inverter charger above and adds 380 watts of solar power. The kit includes two 190 watt panels and a solar charge controller. You will also be able to add additional solar panel in the future with the Go Power Overlander Expansion Kit # 34282182 if you wish to have more solar power.
