For a great set of tire chains that help you eliminate bending over during the tightening process on your 235/60-18 tires on your 2022 Honda CR-V, I recommend the Konig Self-Tensioning Lo Pro Chains # TH04115247. Not only do these chains provide you with superior traction on deep snow, they also come with a pedal that allows you to tighten the chains from a standing position. These chains also come with anti-scratch nylon bumpers to protect your rims.
In order to use these chains safely, you need 10mm of wheel well clearance. This is to make sure that you do not damage wheel well components on your vehicle. I went ahead and attached a picture that shows you how to conduct this measurement. As with all tire chains, I recommend consulting with your owner's manual to make sure that you abide by all manufacturer guidelines.
