What Cuts Need to be Made to Install the Curt C13406 Hitch on a 2018 Toyota RAV4?

Part number C13406 2018 Rav 4 hitch. Is this a direct fit or will I need to cut the bumper or any plastic off?

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver 2" item # C13406 you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2018 Toyota RAV-4. This is a custom fit hitch that bolts directly to your Toyota's frame with included hardware. It doesn't require welding or drilling. There is a couple of small cuts required in the underbody panels and lower facia of your Rav-4. These plastic pieces are only visible from beneath your vehicle and will not be noticeable. I have attached an installation video and linked the instructions. All hitch receivers for the 2018 Rav-4's require these cuts to be made.
