Picking Out Axles to Use with Timbren Silent Ride System # TSR7000T05

The Timbren quiet ride suspension is set up for a 3" axle, but I want to use a 3500lb axle. Is there some kind of adaptor that will let me use a 2 3/8" axle with the Timbren?

To pick out axles to use with the Timbren Silent Ride part # TSR7000T05 that you referenced you'd need to know two more pieces of info since we know you'd need to use 3 inch diameter (5,200-7,000 lb) rated axles. You'd need to know the hub face to hub face dimension (overall length basically) and the wheel bolt pattern you want.

Timbren has a Silent Ride system for the 2-3/8 inch diameter axles like you are wanting with the part # TSR4000T04. This is the diameter axle that 3,500 lb axles are.
