If your 2007 GMC Sierra has 1500 a 5.3 liter engine you'd need the SuperChips programmer # SU4845 which can give you up to an additional 18 horsepower and 17 ft lbs torque.
If you have the 4.8 liter engine you'd get an increase of 13 horse power and 17 ft lbs torque. If you have a 6.0 it would give you 24 horsepower and 22 ft lbs torque.
Now if you happen to have a 6.6 liter diesel engine it would give you a staggering 120 horsepower and 206 ft lbs of torque.
