Trunk Mount Bike Rack for a 2013 Ford Focus 5-Door Hatchback with Rear Spoiler

Will any of the trunk mounted Thule Bike Racks work with the 2013 Ford Focus 5 door HB. Any special requirements for the spoiler that comes off the roof at the top of the HB door?

There are several trunk mount biked racks listed as a fit for the 5-door hatchback 2013 Ford Focus. However, that spoiler is going to eliminate most of them as a fit. That spoiler is not designed to have the extra weight of a bike rack and bikes on it.

You are left with one option: the Hollywood Racks Over-The-Top rack # HRF2. This rack has an extra extension on the top that moves the top straps up and over the spoiler so there is no stress put on it. Since its introduction this rack has proven to be very popular with vehicles like yours that have that rear spoiler at the top of the hatch. I have linked a video showing how it works.
