The EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver you are talking about for the 2021-2022 Toyota Sienna is the x7422s. This hitch is not rated for a weight distribution system. For a hitch that can be used with weight distribution I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT55MR.

This is a custom fit Class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a maximum gross trailer weight of 4,500 lbs and tongue weight of 675 lbs. Make sure to check your owner's manual for the towing capacity of your vehicle, you will be limited by the lower of the two. The main difference here when compared to the EcoHitch will be the visible cross tube.

Since you will be towing you will also need wiring. I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # TK69FR. When it comes to wiring we have found Tekonsha to be the most reliable option. This wiring harness will plug into existing wiring, providing you with a 4-way connection to power your trailer's signal lights.

Based on the fact that you're looking to add a weight distribution system I will assume you also require a 7-way connection. To add a 7-way you will need the Universal Installation Kit # ETBC7. This comes with the 7-way adapter, wiring, and everything else needed to upgrade your 4-way to a 7-way. For a brake controller, check out the # RED44FR.

When choosing a weight distribution system you will need to know your tongue weight. This is the most important factor when selecting the appropriate system to ensure it works as intended. The Blue Ox TrackPro Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control # BLU36FR you looked at will work for you if your loaded tongue weight is 200-600 lbs.

I have attached some helpful articles on weight distribution for your reference along with some review and installation videos you can check out. If you let me know the tongue weight on your setup I would be happy to help you find the best weight distribution hitch for your trailer.
