Can Reese Strait Line System Be Reversed with

So on the distribution hitch RP66084 do you have to unhook it to back up? Also does it make a lot of noise when turning?

The Reese Strait Line weight distribution system part # RP66084 that you referenced can be left hooked up and reversed with as long as you aren't going to be turning too sharply. If you turn to far though the bar would pop off the cam on the outside of the corner. The range you can go in reverse would be the same angle you can go when turning going forward to give you an idea. Like other systems this one does make some noises when turning. You'll hear popping and some squeals with the Strait Line.
