I have two options.

My first option will definitely work, but is not ideal. Under no circumstances can I recommend that you add an extension to the rear of your RV to carry a hitch bike rack, which you will have to do since there are no hitch bike racks with a 12" shank. So you will have to use the Ultra-Fab Dirt Bike Carrier for 2" Hitches - With Ramp - 77" Long - 500 lbs, part # UF48-979033. The closest part of this carrier is 15" from the center of the hitch pin, no hitch extender needed. It is rated to carry dirt bikes, so weight will not be a problem. Unfortunately, you can only carry one e-bike on this carrier, so you will have to carry the other e-bike inside your RV.

The second option is finding another place to mount your spare tire, reducing the distance from the center of your hitch pin to the edge of your bumper. Without knowing this reduced distance, I cannot guarantee the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE, part # HLY84FR, will fit. You will need less than 7-1/2" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the edge of your bumper for this to fit.

I cannot recommend the use of a hitch extender on the rear of your RV to carry a hitch bike rack. It reduces the maximum tongue weight by 50% and it is not safe. But each of the other options can work. I have included a product description link, video review links, and a link to all of our hitch bike racks rated to carry e-bikes below.
