I have a bike rack for you.
Sadly the Thule Passage Trunk Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - Hanging Style # TH910XT can not handle a bike that heavy. Its max weight is 35 pounds per bike.
There isn't going to be an option for a trunk mounted bike rack that can hold a heavy bike or Ebike. Most max out at 45 pounds per bike.
However! If you get a etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" # e98839, it is a no drill no weld install. Takes about an hour to install too so it will not waste your day.
This will open up a larger selection of bike racks and hitch accessories. You will then be able to use the Inno Tire Hold 2 Bike Platform Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting # INH120.
This bike rack can hold up to 120 pounds or two 60 pound bikes. So your heavy E bike will not be a problem. I do however highly recommend you remove the battery from the bike while you are traveling. It will remove 10 pounds of weight and is one less thing you have to worry about falling off or getting damaged. The less weight you have on the rack and the hitch the less stress will be on the units and they will last longer.
