If you are going to flat tow a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan I recommend the Curt Universal Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles # C63CR. This will link up your lights to match the motor home.
It is not a plug in play and requires some wire splicing but it is not crazy hard to do.
