Unfortunately we do not have any custom fit wiring for either of the vehicles that you have mentioned. However I have included several helpful links below that detail flat towing wiring options for you. I suggest using the 7-way connector on the vehicle that will be towing the secondary vehicle and using one of the options listed below to activate the signals on the secondary vehicle.
If you have the room for installing a bulb and socket kit like the # RM-154 is another option. This kit protects the towing vehicle wiring from any feedback on the secondary vehicle using a diode system. The diodes are directional and have to be installed in the correct direction in order to function properly. I have included a video showing the installation process for these diode lights.
If you are not going to be towing this set up frequently it is also possible to use a magnetic light set that does not disturb either vehicle wiring, like the # TL21RK. These can magnetically mount to the towed vehicle and will plug into the towing vehicle using a 4-flat connector.
I realize that all of the wiring options listed above use a 4-flat connector and if your towing vehicle has a 7-way blade style connector you can use the # PK12716, or if your vehicle has a 7-way round pin style connector you can use the # 47405 to connect to the 4-flat for your towed vehicle.
I have included links to the parts listed above and some videos, and several helpful articles for your reference.
