so a follow up question on this response: With the Reese Under Bed Elite Rail kit part # RP30158-68 installed in your 2018 Chevy Silverado 2500 you could install any fifth wheel hitch designed for the Ford OEM rail kits since Reese makes the Ford rail kit like the # BWRVK3305 which has a 25k capacity like you are wanting. Many refer to this as being the best hitch out there due to how high quality it is, ease of use, and how quiet the hitch is. Will the under bed rp30158-68 need any modifications to fit my 2018 Chevy 2500hd Silverado? i am wanting to install Denco 21k sliding hitch.. thanks

The Elite rail kit part # RP30158-68 does fit your 2018 Chevy Silverado 2500 and then for a 21k Demco Hijacker Autoslide that fits that rail kit you'd just need the part # DM8550038 and you'd have an underbed rail kit and an automatic sliding fifth wheel hitch with a 21k capacity that fits directly without an adapter.
